Stained glass is handcrafted using the same technique that was developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 1900s. Glass types and colors are designed using metallic salts during manufacturing. Each piece of real glass is hand-cut and copper foil is wrapped around each individual piece. The glass pieces are then welded by hand to create one-of-a-kind designs. As part of the finishing process， oil is added to the outside of the design to protect the metal from erosion. The beauty of stained glass is its versatility when illuminated by light. Stained glass will become more vibrant when lit.
- LAMP SIZE: 18 inches Wide lampshade by 65 inches Tall， it comes with appr. 70” long cord， pull chain switch.
- BULB: We can use Incandescent bulb， LED or CFL bulbs (bulbs are not included) for tiffany style floor lamp. Different bulbs get different looking. Here we used 2 x 60 watt E26 Incandescent bulbs for lamp in the photos.
- FEATURE: The lampshade is sturdily made of 100% real stained glass. Inspired by Louis Comfort Tiffany， each shade is formed from hundreds of pieces of stained glass and welded together by soldering tin at a very high temperature. Every process is totally handmade and the color never fade. Tiffany style floor lamp for reading is adjustable at angles， you can adjust the light near or far to meet your needs.
